When we launched our brand over 15 years ago, we set out with a mission to get everyone, everywhere to start wearing sunscreen every day. So on top of making sure our formulas were comfortable, we knew that we needed to create formulas that work for every single skin type and tone. The SPF that’s perfect for everything: PLAY Everyday Lotion SPF 50
PLAY Everyday Lotion SPF 50 was our first product ever, and was created over a decade ago when our founder, Holly Thaggard, wanted to create a sunscreen formula that didn’t feel sticky, smelled good, and was clean and could work on skin tones.
To this day, PLAY Everyday Lotion SPF 50 is one of our top best-sellers. The formula is truly universal; it can be worn for a day of casual activity, a day at the beach, or for a long run. The formula is water- and sweat-resistant for up to 80 minutes and it blends in clear on every single tone. Another reason why PLAY Everyday is so beloved? It doesn’t have that traditional “sunscreen smell.” Instead, it has a very faint light rosemary scent.
The SPF for all skin tones: Unseen Sunscreen SPF 40
In 2018, our team realized that the world needed a 100% invisible sunscreen that could be worn everyday, on its own or under makeup. The whole idea was to create a sunscreen that eliminates all of the reasons why people don’t like to wear sunscreen. Enter: Unseen Sunscreen SPF 40. Our most popular product, Unseen Sunscreen goes on completely clear on every single skin tone, is scent-free and feels completely weightless.
In addition to being a sunscreen that is guaranteed to never leave a white cast, Unseen Sunscreen provides broad spectrum SPF 40 protection. Unseen can be worn alone or as a primer before you apply makeup. If you use it as a primer, it leaves a beautiful natural finish for foundation.
The 100% mineral sunscreen of your dreams: Zincscreen Daily Lotion SPF 40
If you have sensitive skin or are looking for a 100% mineral sunscreen that doesn’t go on chalky, Zincscreen Daily Lotion SPF 40 is your best bet. We created this ultra clean sunscreen with sensitive skin in mind — it’s made with non-nano zinc oxide to provide broad spectrum SPF protection.
The pink tint in the formula blends on most skin tones, but because no 100% mineral sunscreen can go on completely invisible, Zincscreen may leave a slight white cast on deep tones. For deeper skin tones, we suggest Unseen, PLAY Everyday or Superscreen.
